The right way to BE UNIQUE

Gropius

I want a young architect to be capable of finding their own path in any circumstance; I want them to create, drawing from the technical, economic, and social conditions in which they operate, authentic and genuine forms in full independence, rather than imposing academic formulas on environmental contexts that may require completely different solutions

Inspiration

Inspired by architect Walter Gropius, a leading figure of the modern architecture movement, this model reinterprets his renowned style by seeking simplicity in form—avoiding excessive ornamentation in favor of clean lines and minimalist design.

Personality

The Gropius model is designed for individuals who are straightforward, decisive, and practical—people with a clear mindset, determined to eliminate the superfluous and focus entirely on what truly matters.

Description

Bio-acetate: the frame is made of bio acetate M49 Mazzucchelli , fully recyclable and biodegradable, without chemical agglomerates to reduce the risk of allergic reactions. Its natural origin is also apparent to the touch thanks to its pleasant, warm, and silky effect.

Front: the rectangular front echoes the simple, linear forms of Walter Gropius’s minimalist architecture, without giving excessive space to decoration. Even the milling details, designed to enhance the exclusive colors of the acetate, are subtle and barely noticeable.

Temples: the oar-style temples owe their name to the shape that resembles a rowing oar. The earpiece temple tip is pierced with an “O” inspired by Good’s logo.
